Process is paramount to a quality durable coated finish. This is not a place for rushing and short cuts. We take the necessary time to implement the correct preparation and execution of the powder coating processes.

Treatment - We use a series of methods to properly clean the various substrates. One system uses dry steam coupled with mild phosphates to strip residual lubricants present from manufacturing. Media blasting is another affective way to insure that the substrate is clean and slightly textured. Our media blasting room insures a clean, de-scaled, de-burred adherent surface for the cross-link reaction to bind too.

Powder – The color and or texture is applied with an electrostatic connection. We use a state of the art reclaim drafting room to prevent cross contamination.

Cure – The product is thermally bond in a cross-link reaction. This is achieved in our large 10’x10’x20’ oven.

Package – After the substrate cools we prepare the finished item for shipping. Our company also provides additional services such as specialized packaging, masking, and delivery. We are centrally located in Charlotte North Carolina, providing access to the north Lake Norman area and South Carolina.
